I tried taking 3-4 of these 3-5 times a week and I did lose 2 lbs. during that month while seeming to gain some muscle. I suppose they worked for me, but I'm not really sure. CLA is found naturally in grass-fed beef but hardly any is in corn-fed beef. So, I think it sort of makes sense to take these if you are eating beef regularly. They are kind of expensive, so I usually skip them, but I'll order a bottle once in a while and, if anything, it seems to do some good.
