May 20, 2008Reviewer: A customer in Indiana* I have been using this product now for 6 months and it is wonderful! Great way to get protein and fiber without carbs. The taste is ok, better if mixed with milk. I mix it with water to avoid the carb count. Soy has proven to be much better for me than whey. I have lost 30 pounds by cutting carbs and using this shake mix.
January 15, 2008Reviewer: Ryan in Indiana* Disgusting. I thought I'd try going from a whey based (ON Complete Protein) protein mix to a soy based. Maybe it's just a trait of soy based powders, but this stuff is absolutely gross. You can't just mix it with water. If you do, it tastes like someone poured soap in your drink. Mixing it with milk makes it manageable, but it still comes with a horrible aftertaste. I even tried making it in the blender with milk and peanut butter. What a waste of good peanut butter. I'm going back to the whey product I started with.
