August 31, 2007Reviewer: A customer in Ohio* Excellent low calorie substitute for cream. It is difficult to mix; however a blender or small hand mixer will dissolve it completely. It is great for sauces and even desserts. It has a long shelf life and the zip top pouch keeps it fresh. The only drawback is that it is expensive.
April 13, 2007Reviewer: Caroline in Colorado* This stuff is great but first-timers should believe the product description and be warned. RealCream Dry Dairy Cream doesn't act like fresh cream. It lacks whitening properties and tends to be lumpy in hot drinks. Despite its ugliness though, it's tasty. If you hate how it looks when it's mixed into beverages, try drinking from a covered cup the first couple of times you use it. I bring RealCream when I travel to places where there's no refrigeration or where it's inadvisable to consume the local dairy products.

Great for the low carb lifestyle!!!
