July 31, 2009Reviewer: Stacy in Georgia* After hearing and reading numerous horror stories about how bad soy flour tastes, I was very apprehensive, but I am sooo glad I took the plunge and tried this. There is no weird aftertaste that I was expecting based on reviews on other brands, and I use it in place of regular flour in many recipes with FANTASTIC results!
