    * I just need to figure out how to buy this in a bigger bulk. If you are keto you buy this product. It is in many recipes. And can be included in anything you bake for added fiber.

    * I love being on a low carb diet. The benefits are astounding. Increased energy, weight loss, improved LDL levels, excellent AC1 levels. However I was about to stop due to digestive problems. I would have bouts of constipation that lead to diverticulitis problems. My Oncologist suggested instead of stopping the diet to add Psyllium to my diet daily. I only need a scant teaspoon every day and it has made all the difference. NOW is the only one I could find that is naturally sweetened with STEVIA. It also dissolves really well in water.

    * 1 teaspoon added to (at least) 8 oz of water equals a happy colon. I heard a noted gastroenterologist on an equally noteworthy morning talk show state that he and his family have added psyllium to their daily diets with positive results. I agree! I recommend to anyone over 18 as long as they check with their physician, of course!

    * A must have for someone on the Atkins diet, in my opinion. I was taking 15 fiber capsules a day, and I was still having trouble "going". I heard about this from somewhere online and took it. It worked like a charm. I've ditched the expensive capsules and now just take this. It's way cheaper but it will take more work to consume (unless you have a hard time swallowing capsules, in which case, it's a win win all around.. It's a tablespoon mixed in a glass of water, and you need to consumer lots of water throughout the day; something you should be doing anyways, and especially on the Atkins diet. Follow the directions exactly. The powder expands pretty quickly and you don't want it gelling in your throat. It's very effective.

    * Very effective fiber product. I take 1 heaping tablespoon mixed with a scoop of whey protein (flavored) in a blender. Drink quickly because it thickens up in a very short period of time. Follow with water and wait approximately 8 hours. All impaction will clear up. After a few shakes over the course of a couple of days your digestive system will feel much healthier as you have expelled anything that was impacted.
