October 31, 2008Reviewer: A customer in New York* I agree. I haven't tried the product yet, but if it's advertised as "fermented soy powder", I want fermented soy powder, without a bunch of sweeteners and flavorings, so I can use it in whatever culinary context I choose.

I have been looking for just this product, only without sugar or any other sweetener, so I can also use it in savory recipes. I'm really bummed.
