Used in conjunction with Creatine it will work wonders for you. No more sore arms, chest, and legs. It really seems to make it easier to push out those extra reps. Users of steroids will of course not notice any difference while taking this drug as this is a supplement and not a hormone which offers other benefits. For 27 dollars it's an easy test. If you have hit a plateau I can promise this will get you over it and onto the next level.

I've used it consistently for the past 3 months and really don't see much of a difference compared to not using it at all. Maybe if taken for a lifetime you would have an extra couple of pounds of lean body mass, but you have to weigh in the cost factor. Maybe it benefits those with a poor diet or the placebo effect kicks in for people who train inconsistently and it encourages them to get to the gym (I see that kind of thing a lot when people start on a new supplement). I won't continue using this product, the money would be better spent elsewhere.
