July 27, 2008Reviewer: AJ in Massachusetts* Don't like this stuff myself (taste and a bit grainy). HOWEVER, my 7 year old grandson has some severe food allergies, the puff up & die variety, and NOW Rice Protein has been an excellent way to be sure he's getting enough nutrition in his diet. He can't tolerate soy very well and dairy is a BIG nono. This NOW product has neither.

May 05, 2008Reviewer: Brenda in Tennessee* Bleah. I've tried LOTS of low carb protein powders (Atkins, Keto back in the day) made from soy and whey. None were so bad as rice protein. Does not dissolve in liquids. Lends chalky texture to everything I tried. I can't find one use for this--not even baked goods. If you cannot use soy, dairy, egg whites, etc. look for a rice based mix and find your protein elsewhere.
