My favorite use for it is when I make sugar free chocolate magic shell which I pour over low carb ice cream. I love Lily's sugar free 70 percent dark, combined with a tablespoon or so of unmelted coconut oil, maybe a tiny amount of butter and a pinch of salt for flavor, microwave until melted, and you have a tasty sugar free magic shell to pour over ice cream. Very tasty with a few nuts of your choice or NOW's dry roasted soybeans.

Perfect in place of cooking spray for coating the pan to make scrambled eggs.
