Get with the program; WAXY MAIZE STARCH carbohydrate powder. I mix it with Lemonade Xtend and Primaforce Watermelon WPI. No bloating and the nutrient uptake is 70% faster than your old carb drink, plus you're not putting SUGAR in your body! If you don't make this a staple in your pre, during & post workout nutrition, you're doing yourself an injustice. Shut-up, lift heavy, & just BUY SOME, soon.
