    * This is really a cool supplement. Calmed me down and helped me sleep better, also gave my workouts more resilience. At 72 years old those things are important. Was taking 2 a day for 3 weeks and got maximum effect. Down to 1 a day for a couple weeks, and it's still working, though not as obvious. Will cycle off for a week and see what happens, I don't know if it's right for everyone but it's working well for me.
