November 11, 2020Reviewer: Vicki in Louisiana* Bought for my daughter. She loved it.
-
October 16, 2020Reviewer: Maria in New York* Works as a great crust for low carb cheese cake. Love the flavor.
-
September 16, 2020Reviewer: Gloria in Iowa* I had to add artificial sweetener to suit my taste. To have this product hold together, I had to double the butter. On the other hand, i didn’t need the entire foil envelope for one pie. Half is sufficient.
-
June 03, 2020Reviewer: Martin in West Virginia* I really like the pie crust. Don't miss the carbs one bit.
-
May 12, 2020Reviewer: Sabrina in Florida* The flavor was so/so the pie crust didn’t hold up great. It was better next day, so maybe make in advance. I used to make a low carb chocolate pudding pie. Probably would just skip the crust next time & have pudding. Didn’t find it added much. Simple & easy to put together and did add some texture.

1 of 1 people found the following review helpfulNovember 21, 2019Reviewer: James in Maryland* Very nice graham cracker taste. Not too sweet. I needed to add a bit more melted butter than the recommended 2 tablespoons in order to get the crumbs to hold together. They formed very easily into a pie dish. I made a really nice chocolate pudding pie with this crust and the Simply Delish sugar-free chocolate pudding. Super-easy, no need to bake. Just fill with pudding and chill.

August 20, 2019Reviewer: Audrey in Pennsylvania* I found that this had no flavor at all and I wasted my money on this one.
-
July 06, 2019Reviewer: Tashia in Florida* Best graham cracker crush substitute ever!! Tastes (almost) just like the real thing.
-
April 17, 2019Reviewer: Laura in Texas* This was great. I made a cherry cream pie and it was wonderful. Husband is a diabetic and he thought the crust was delicious.

December 27, 2018Reviewer: A guest* Haven’t used yet but doing Keto you have options from the products they offer

October 22, 2018Reviewer: Bonnie in Wisconsin* I have used this to make a low carb cheesecake, and it was fast and easy. It held up better than when I tried to make my own crust. You get 2 crust mixes in the package, and I know you may think it is a little expensive, but it is worth it if you are short on time. My husband took one bite and said I can't eat this, and I told him yes you can. It is really good. I served it to the whole family, and no one could tell the difference.

January 07, 2018Reviewer: Linda in California* Low Carb crust mix tastes like the real thing! We are on a Keto eating regiment. Using this crust mix allows us to eat pie. We have used this for several different flavors of cheesecake several times. Holds together well.

1 of 2 people found the following review helpfulDecember 28, 2017Reviewer: Linda in California* This is the best kept secret! We love cheese cake and recently started a Keto diet reducing our carbs and eliminating sugar. I now make sugar free, low carb cheese cake using this crust. We can now eat a piece daily if we want .

September 29, 2017Reviewer: Gail in New Mexico* I really like this. I make this the bottom crust, put a cream cheese layer over it, and then fruit, or something whipped. It's always a hit, and healthy, too. It is expensive, but when I am out, I really don't find anything else that is as good.

September 12, 2017Reviewer: A guest* This is my second order. The pie crust is delicious and very quick and easy to make. Great service, highly recommended.
-
August 28, 2017Reviewer: A guest* First time user, will use again. I was very pleased with the product and shipping here. Excellent taste and easy to make. Highly recommended.
-
December 05, 2015Reviewer: Sharma in Arizona* I'm sorry, I like a LOT of Dixie products, but this crust was not for me. I scraped it off my pumpkin pie filling.
-
October 28, 2014Reviewer: Gerard in New York* This doesn't taste much like a real graham cracker crust. I suggest adding a tablespoon of low carb honey to improve the flavor.
-
April 10, 2014Reviewer: Kate in New York* This is a great mix. I use it with the carb counters cheesecake mix. Wonderful low carb option.

2 of 2 people found the following review helpfulFebruary 28, 2014Reviewer: Rebecca in California* Both myself and my husband have enjoyed this mock graham cracker style pie crust... on our low carb diet. I simply add 2 T. melted butter and 1/2 c. Splenda and mix well, press into the bottom of a 9" pie plate sprayed with non stick spray and bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes, cool completely and then fill. You really can't tell the difference and the carbs are A LOT lower per serving than graham crackers!
-
August 24, 2013Reviewer: Geneva in Texas* Used for low carb cheesecake and lemon pie. It really doesn't taste like graham crackers but not bad. I bought some more today. At least I get to have cakes and pies and stay on low carb. Yeah!!
-
January 03, 2013Reviewer: A customer in California* I'm sorry, but this was the most disgusting tasting diet food I have EVER eaten. Unless you're a lifetime low carber / dieter and therefore can't remember what graham cracker actually tastes like then avoid this mix. It doesn't taste like graham cracker and frankly I think plain coconut flour would probably taste better. Seriously, Yuck.
-
December 08, 2011Reviewer: carol in Mississippi* I used this with a low carb cheesecake and it worked great. I have placed a second order to get me through the holidays.
-
October 10, 2011Reviewer: Karen in New Hampshire* I used this crust for a low carb cheesecake and really liked it very much. I think it's an excellent substitute for a high carb graham cracker crust. It tastes very good and my family couldn't tell the difference. They loved it.
-
September 30, 2010Reviewer: Angela in North Carolina* Absolutely, love love love this crust. As a diabetic, I control my blood sugar with diet and exercise. I developed a sugar free, low carb cheesecake recipe and with this crust, it is so good! I have had others taste it and it is hard to tell it's a "healthy" product. AWESOME

1 of 4 people found the following review helpfulJuly 13, 2010Reviewer: Amy in Georgia* Sorry, but I did not like it at all. I mixed it up with the butter and splenda and tasted it and thought it had a very strong soy taste. I did not even bother to bake it, just threw it out. It may have been a little better cooked, I'll give you that, but I didn't have the time to waste. I just made my cheesecake crust from ground almonds and pecans, butter, and splenda and it was very good. If you don't mind a strong soy taste then you might like this pie crust but it was not for me and I was cooking for some non-LCers who I did not think would appreciate it either. A let down as I usually like Dixie Diner's products.

3 of 3 people found the following review helpfulJuly 01, 2010Reviewer: Marilyn in Tennessee* This is great stuff! I add an extra tablespoon of butter, 2 tablespoons erythritol, and a teaspoon of cinnamon to the basic mix and it makes a jammin' delicious crust. So easy. I use it in my strawberry pie that I make weekly during strawberry season.
-
June 14, 2010Reviewer: Judy in Florida* We love this graham cracker crust mix to use with the cheesecake mix. Of course it does not taste exactly like a real graham cracker crust but it is very, very good for low carb cheesecake!
-
April 16, 2010Reviewer: Stephanie in North Carolina* Try this with one of the low carb cheese cakes, your own homemade low carb pudding, or key lime pie...you will never know the difference.
-
March 17, 2010Reviewer: Suzanne in California* These were truly great, I made a lo carb cheesecake with these as the crust. I was surprised how good they were. I am ordering more.
