It is the best of the pure stevia products I've tried including the ones that are cut with some sort of filler such as maltodexterin. I've used Sweetleaf, Nutiva, and In the Raw. I can say this is the best in flavor because a very tiny pinch of it gives you a very pure clean and rich sweetness without bitterness. Of course, like any stevia, if you use too much it will be bitter. But I would typically use 4 tsp. of sugar to sweeten a cup of tea or coffee, and Simply Stevia does the job with 1/16 of a tsp. and it's not bitter at all. I used 1 teaspoon of it to sweeten a batch of cookies, and a 1/2 tsp of it to make 2 quarts of lemonade. It's that great! Dissolves well with a reasonable amount of stirring. They have a website that provides helpful conversions for using each of their products in place of sugar.

This is our favorite sweetener when making our weight loss shakes and if I want a very sweet shake, I use 1tbsp unsweetened cocoa, 1 tbsp whey protein, 1tsp of stevita, 2.5 cups of milk and 3 cubes of ice. That right there kills my sugar craving without the bitter taste of most stevia products.
