September 26, 2017Reviewer: Devin in Pennsylvania* I use the soy flour to mix with other nut-based fours. Soy gives it that gluten-y texture we all love. Usually, I substitute 2/3 nut-based four + 1/3 soy flour for the wheat-based flour in recipes, with great success.
