March 14, 2012Reviewer: EJ in Michigan* I like hot foods, but this is too hot for me. It seems to have a good flavor, but the temperature was overpowering for my taste-buds. I diluted it with some low carb ketchup and lemon juice to make a low carb bbq sauce. Wish I had thought of using butter to temper it and not change the flavor. Will try that later. I'm also ordering some Medium to mix with it so that, hopefully, it will just be Hot. PS, the bbq sauce was awesome for low carb. This review is specific to Wing Sauce, Extra Hot! 3 Mile Island

August 25, 2010Reviewer: Bryan in Tennessee* 5 starts for this one simply because it is what it advertises to be. This is the exact same sauce they use in the restaurant, not some close approximation that uses the Hooters name. I buy the Hot and add some butter to make it more like Medium. The bottle goes a lot further that way.

I keep it refrigerated, so it's a bit pasty. but it melts nicely if you microwave it for a few seconds. This review is specific to Wing Sauce, Medium
