Netrition's price is also better than what I found at a local grocery. Less gumming up than most rice-based pastas, held up to cooking better, nice texture. You'll still need plenty of water and some rinsing once done, but there is enough corn in it to mitigate some of the issues rice pastas have. Flavor and color are more authentic, also. By the way, anyone who has visited northern Italy will tell you that polenta (a corn product) is used there almost more than flour pasta, so this combination is makes some sense. This review is specific to Gluten Free Pasta, Fusilli
