    * Awesome to thicken soups and sauces. Adds great body and richness to things. I have used it in spaghetti and tomato sauces, chili, chicken soup, stew. To fake a cream/creamy sauce you can used sugar free cashew milk and thicken with this. Best way is to add to the dish while in the crockpot on low, take the lids partially off and allow to condense/reduce overnight-this makes any broth or sauce thick and rich like you added cream, corn starch, or flour. AMAZING

    * I've been putting this powder in my shakes each morning - it adds a nice bulk to them up - I don't put other stuff in them so this adds a nice nutty flavor. I end up taking a spoon and getting the rest of it out of my shaker bottle it's so good!

    I've also put this in soups and stews.

    My dietician said the powder is better for you - you don't get the nutrition from the whole seeds, they kind of just pass on through.

    The pricing here is awesome in general and especially on this product!

    * I've been taking this for several months now and it seems to curb my appetite. I put in on my cereal each morning. I missed it for two mornings and my old hunger pangs came back. I'm back on it and appetite is curbed again. My husband is going to start taking it now. We might start using it 2 to 3 times a day for increased appetite control.
