I like the 28% more than the 12%. It seems to have a richer flavor. The carbs are low for both which makes it so versatile. We also add it to yogurt with stevia and a pinch of salt to make almost like a peanut butter mousse.

This flour would basically be for only preparing foods that you want a peanutty taste to. I use it in my desserts (because I love the taste of peanut butter) I would highly recommend this product. Less carbs than the dark peanut flour. Of course everybody's taste buds are different, I've been diabetic for 31 years and live on a low carb diet. Sugar free is my life!!
