February 05, 2014Reviewer: Alison in Texas* Dish out just 2T. of cereal and 2T. of water and you've got a quick, easy, and super-nutritious (something like 5x the amount of calcium found in a glass of milk -- and so much more digestible because it's plant-based and raw; and it's full of trace minerals!)dish. And it's a filling breakfast! I travel with it and take it everywhere. Apple cinnamon is by far my favorite flavor (tried them all).
