This might be OK for vegans that desperately need some way to cream or gravy-ize foods and smoothies, or that don't mind adding sweetener and flavoring to make a glass of soy milk. But for most of us, this product is the pits! It takes well over 2 teaspoons to make a glass "milky"' but even then there really isn't much taste at all, sort of a fate plant-like soy flavor. Certainly a dull processed flavor I don't want contributing to my smoothies, gravies, soups and sauces.
