December 14, 2014Reviewer: Cynthia in New York* By far the best low carb pizza dough I've tasted. My husband and I use it often as I refuse to give up eating pizza. It is fantastic.
May 26, 2014Reviewer: erika in North Carolina* This is the best low carb pizza crust, ever! It rises and gets crisp with a chewy center, tastes great and not gritty. One bag makes 3 pizzas, I bought 2 bags and froze 6 pizzas by par-baking the crust at 425 for 3 minutes, adding toppings, and freeze wrapped in foil and saran wrap. Now I can just pop them in the oven on busy nights for a guilt free dinner. I am so pleased with this delicious product.
March 12, 2014Reviewer: Jill in California* Seems like I'm always in search of a good low carb pizza, maybe its because none have scratched that itch? until now!!! This made BY FAR the BEST low carb pizza I have tried to date!!
3 of 3 people found the following review helpfulJanuary 16, 2013Reviewer: Deborah in Ohio* I could write about many of this company's products and this is one of my favorites. I made pizza using a double portion of this mix, pressed it into a cast iron skillet lightly oiled with olive oil, added organic pizza sauce, cheese and crumbled sausage. Preheat oven to 425. Put the pan on top of the stove on medium high heat (yes, this part is scary but it works great!). This evenly heats the pan prior to oven placement. At the end of the 3 minutes, place into oven. After about 16 minutes I had a great pizza with a crispy crust, not too thin, not too thick.
