July 15, 2019Reviewer: A guest* I found the aftertaste to be overwhelming, but that's my own fault for not reading the ingredients. Personally, I can't tolerate stevia and didn't realize it had so much in the recipe. I give it 4 stars for the texture and flavor (aside from stevia aftertaste), which were very good. If I could get this formulation with sucralose, or unsweetened/add your own sweetener, that would be perfect.
December 10, 2017Reviewer: Dr. Larry in Florida* Easy to make and no bitter taste. Have used this for guests and they also enjoyed it. A little expensive but good.

They are moist and the chocolate flavor is also good. The sweetener is a little too much for my taste. I tried them cold the next day as the other review suggested and it is better but still too much of a sweet aftertaste. Serving size is very small. 25 servings for one 8 x 8 pan is barely a bite or two. And, to eat more than one serving would be way too much fiber. All in all I don't think these will work for me.

And they are even better cold the next day. I suggest not having them straight from the oven because I found them to sweet but the sweetness completely mellows once cooled.
