April 20, 2017Reviewer: Gail in New Mexico* I eat no eggs or gluten, and keep low carb. So, I love this product for making cookies. I mix up this sweetened condensed milk, add unsweetened, shredded coconut, a little flavor (chocolate is a favorite), a tiny dash of salt and a little more sweetener. These bake up into wonderful macaroons--350 for about 10 minutes. We really go through them here, we just love them!
