March 10, 2018Reviewer: Tina in Arkansas* This has been in my cupboard for a while and finally had the opportunity to try it when I made some cream of broccoli soup. Before adding the broccoli, I just sprinkled a little at a time into the liquid while whisking at the same time. Worked beautifully. I was concerned it might be slimy but it's not at all.

July 20, 2016Reviewer: Erin in Washington* Love this stuff! Thickens easily without clumping or the chance of getting slimy like xantham gum. I've used it in Chili, stews, soups, gravy, making a rue. It works perfectly with no bad taste. The bag is huge and will last a long time.

It is good when you just need a little bit more thickening, and adding more cream or reducing is not feasible. I like it better than other single ingredient LC thickeners, like glucomann powder. One bag of this stuff will last you forever!

It's tasteless, works instantly and really satisfies a diabetic's craving for that thick, starchy "mouth feel" we miss so much. I used a few teaspoons of Thick'n Saucy in a pot of homemade soup tonight it worked like a dream. Actually made me think I was eating soup that was thickened with pasta or barley. It's that good! I'll keep this product in my pantry forever.
