I haven't tried to make bread yet, but I did use it for a whole-grain pizza crust, which was the best low-carb pizza crust I have ever made. For my next attempt, I think I'll mix half of this and half of the LC Pizza and Bagel Flour and see what happens. Be careful with low carb flour labels, some of them have baking powder, which has sodium and can ruin a recipe if you're not expecting it to have self-rising properties. This flour is exactly what it claims to be and I love it!

December 31, 2018Reviewer: ROBERT in Texas* The LC_Foods_Multi_Grain_Bread_Low Carbohydrates Flour is wonderful. I baked a chocolate and Hellman's Mayonnaise Cake (Substituting Pyure for Sugar) and Charmie"s Soft Sugar Cookies (Substituting Pyure for Sugar) on Saturday morning between 1:30 AM and 7 AM and they both came out great. The flour bakes so easily and tastes fabulously. Today I will finish the Best White Cake Recipe (Ever) (Substituting Pyure for Sugar) by Robin Stone for Add a Pinch and it is and was the Best White Cake Recipe (Ever). Baking with the flour is easy, consistent, and frankly wonderful and it is low carbohydrates. I want nothing else!

May 06, 2017Reviewer: A customer in Indiana* Best nutrition facts of any flour I've come across to date. Also, it's delicious. Makes great bread loaves, and also works amazingly well for pizza crust and burger buns. Not so great for pastries, though I have made some shockingly good waffles by mixing this stuff with protein powder.
