I baked a chocolate and Hellman's Mayonnaise Cake (Substituting Pyure for Sugar) and Charmie"s Soft Sugar Cookies (Substituting Pyure for Sugar) on Saturday morning between 1:30 AM and 7 AM and they both came out great. The flour bakes so easily and tastes fabulously. Today I will finish the Best White Cake Recipe (Ever) (Substituting Pyure for Sugar) by Robin Stone for Add a Pinch and it is and was the Best White Cake Recipe (Ever). Baking with the flour is easy, consistent, and frankly wonderful and it is low carbohydrates. I want nothing else!
May 06, 2017Reviewer: A customer in Indiana* Best nutrition facts of any flour I've come across to date. Also, it's delicious. Makes great bread loaves, and also works amazingly well for pizza crust and burger buns. Not so great for pastries, though I have made some shockingly good waffles by mixing this stuff with protein powder.
