I end up with them in shreds and strips instead of whole. They are the only ones available that are corn and egg free. This review is specific to Low Carb Tortillas, Spinach/Nopal Cactus
February 15, 2015Reviewer: Jan in Indiana* I've returned to the website to purchase more of these tortillas. I purchased the wheat version and found them very tasty. I am on a low sodium very low carb diet and these tortillas have less sodium than other low carb brands. I hadn't previously read the information on shelf-life and had them at room temperature for much longer than recommended and they were fine. However, with this next bunch I will refrigerate them. This review is specific to Low Carb Tortillas, Wheat

They are horrible....like flour and water with no chew at all. I took one little taste and tossed them in the trash. They are that bad. I like this company's bread...but they dropped the ball on the Spinach/Cactus Tortillas. This review is specific to Low Carb Tortillas, Spinach/Nopal Cactus
1 of 2 people found the following review helpfulMay 26, 2013Reviewer: A customer in California* MiRico Wheat Tortilla's nutritional label state that they are made with Whole Wheat flour, which makes them good for diabetics and healthier eating. The taste is excellent and the tortillas are pliable enough that they roll up easy for a "roll up" (cold cuts, cheese or almond butter). They bake in the oven evenly (for enchiladas), enhancing its good taste. Even with 12 tortillas in a pack, I make sure I always have plenty on hand! This review is specific to Low Carb Tortillas, Wheat
