1 of 1 people found the following review helpfulMarch 10, 2021Reviewer: Christine in California* These are the only low carb pizza crusts I have purchased more than one time. This was my fourth time because they are the most convincing crusts I have found so far. My secret is that before I pre-bake them I drizzle them with olive oil or avocado oil, depending on the toppings, and put on a sprinkle of garlic, and or, onion powder. I feel the oil keeps them crisp after adding sauce and toppings and baking again. I also pre-heat and cook on a pizza stone, and I believe that helps too. Fridays are "pizza night", and even those not watching their carbs enjoy them, not evening knowing they are low carb. This review is specific to Pizza Crust, Thin Crust, 2 pack

February 16, 2021Reviewer: Amanda in Michigan* The flavor is good. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 is because the texture still seemed a bit chewy for my taste, even though I cooked it for extra time in an effort to circumvent this. I'll probably buy it again, though. This review is specific to Pizza Crust, 9 inch

February 01, 2021Reviewer: A customer in Michigan* This pizza crust is a game changer for those on a low carb diet. It is absolutely wonderful! No funny aftertaste and really very good. It's a thin crust but has a nice substance. Much better than any frozen pizza we have ever tried and the carb count is great. Have ordered several times. This review is specific to Pizza Crust, 9 inch

January 07, 2021Reviewer: Nicholas in Arizona* Have always loved thin crust. 120 calories total for all the bread? Amazing. Extremely versatile too! I've made desserts as well with this stuff! This review is specific to Pizza Crust, Thin Crust, 2 pack

November 04, 2020Reviewer: Rebecca in Mississippi* This crust was amazing with only 60 calories per serving and I was able to feel satisfied on my diet plan. It was so delicious I felt like I had cheated. This is a great low carb product and the taste is amazing. Before finding this product I was using a fiber tortilla wrap and rolling up my pizza inside it. This pizza crust truly tasted like eating thin crust out at a restaurant. This review is specific to Pizza Crust, Thin Crust, 2 pack

October 27, 2020Reviewer: Margrette in Massachusetts* Baked at 400 degrees for 8 minutes and the crust came out tough. Had with a little bit of mozzarella cheese and pepperoni and tomato sauce for toppings. Also, it's pretty bland. As much as I love thin crust pizza, this was very thin. For these reasons, I'm giving three stars.
In a separate matter, my blood sugar still spiked and stayed elevated for hours afterwards. If you're PD, then be sure to "eat to your meter" and test as everyone will have an individual response.

October 24, 2020Reviewer: Andrea in North Carolina* This is one of the best pizza crusts I've had. I like thin crust. I get tired of cauliflower crust, this is so much better. I love it. I just ordered more...This review is specific to Pizza Crust, Thin Crust, 2 pack

September 16, 2020Reviewer: Angie in Maryland* We absolutely love these pizza crusts!!!
-
September 12, 2020Reviewer: Donna in Maryland* Being generous, I would say the flavor of this crust is neutral enough to not overshadow the toppings, but really it is pretty flavorless. My son and I split this so that we could have different toppings and his heavy hand with the red sauce made his side of the crust soggy, while my basting of garlic butter instead of a sauce made my side hard as cardboard. I sliced the pizza into 3 pieces each, and I couldn't even eat my third slice. Really disappointed. This review is specific to Pizza Crust, 9 inch
-
September 11, 2020Reviewer: caleb in Pennsylvania* Honestly, this isn't even as good as just plain flatbread you can make pizza with. I just wanted a low calorie pizza crust (not keto) but this was not good. This review is specific to Pizza Crust, 9 inch

September 03, 2020Reviewer: fanessa in Texas* Been on Keto a while and tired of the pizza crust made out of cheese. This crust gets crispy and is an excellent addition to your low carb lifestyle. We have purchased several times. This review is specific to Pizza Crust, Thin Crust, 2 pack

August 30, 2020Reviewer: A customer in Nevada* Bakes up more like a crispy flatbread than a typical pizza crust, but it’s delicious and the numbers are great. I like to have it under a pile of arugula tossed with olive oil, or break it up and eat it like crackers with egg or tuna salad. I probably have it for lunch 4 or 5 times a week. This review is specific to Pizza Crust, Thin Crust, 2 pack

August 23, 2020Reviewer: Natalie in New Jersey* I would absolutely recommend this product and actually already have! Prior to this, I was eating the Cauliflower Power pizza crusts which were good, but I didn't realize how many net carbs were in it. I was very skeptical that something with only 4 net carbs could taste even remotely decent. But I was pleasantly surprised!! I will absolutely repurchase this an recommend to othersThis review is specific to Pizza Crust, Thin Crust, 2 pack
-
August 20, 2020Reviewer: Susan in Arizona* Of all the low-carb pizza crusts I have tried, this one is the only one that doesn't fall apart in the oven, holds up to sauce and toppings, and doesn't get soggy. I made a fabulous pizza with it last week. It was so good, I sent the recipe out to six people. I highly recommend this product and will definitely be using more. This review is specific to Pizza Crust, Thin Crust, 2 pack
-
August 17, 2020Reviewer: Jason in West Virginia* We purchased the thin crust pizza in the two pack. Would have been better off eating low carb wraps with pizza toppings on them. Very small, did not cook up crisp. No real taste. I would not recommend these at all. This review is specific to Pizza Crust, Thin Crust, 2 pack
-
August 15, 2020Reviewer: Michael in Texas* First of all, it is pretty tasteless and is nothing like pizza crust. I selected thin, not realizing it would be cracker thin. I cooked as directed and could barely get the crust crisp, if I had to choose I would much rather purchase the Atkins frozen pizza, at least that tastes like pizza. This review is specific to Pizza Crust, Thin Crust, 2 pack

1 of 1 people found the following review helpfulAugust 04, 2020Reviewer: A customer in New York* Great in terms of calories or WW smartpoints, but the crust is a bit tough (and I don't mean just crispy, which I'd like, but a little like cardboard). This review is specific to Pizza Crust, Thin Crust, 2 pack

July 28, 2020Reviewer: Tamara in Illinois* This is the absolute best low carb pizza crust out there. My husband does not follow a low carb diet and he tried it and immediately said “Order more!” So I did!
-
July 18, 2020Reviewer: Frank in Colorado* Great thin crust, crunchy pizza crust option. It can be a bit dry even when taking the precautions of defrosting in the microwave at 10-15 seconds, but proved to be a much tastier crust than I expected. The only thing that irritated me was not providing consistent instructions for it. In the description on Netrition it says to add toppings and then bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes, but on their website it says to bake the crust first for 5-7 minutes at 350 degrees, then add toppings and bake for another 7-9 minutes. Your mileage may vary, but I suspect the longer baking time will result in a drier, crunchier crust, while the shorter baking time will likely leave it more chewy and moist. This review is specific to Pizza Crust, 9 inch

June 20, 2020Reviewer: Marlene in California* This was my first store bought low carb pizza crust and I like that it was firmer than my homemade tries. I could pick up a slice without it drooping over. It had an OK taste, nothing spectacular, nothing bad, just neutral. The edges got nice and crispy, not burned, and crunched just a little and were easy to bite through. I wish the entire crust had crisped up like this as it was on the tough side, even hard to cut all the way through. I would buy it again, but I would try putting it on a mesh (like a vegetable mesh for the BBQ) to see if the center of the crust got more direct heat that way. I've never used a pizza stone, but a nice hot one might accomplish the same thing. I recently tried a different brand cauliflower pizza crust from my local market. I should have believed them when they said bake it all by itself for 20 minutes before topping. I'll stick with this one from Great Low Carb Bread Company and experiment with getting it a little crispier. This review is specific to Pizza Crust, Thin Crust, 2 pack

May 30, 2020Reviewer: Joanna in New York* I absolutely love this pizza crust!! It is a great and healthy alternative to help satisfy your pizza craving. It is a little chewy compared to regular pizza crust but it is so worth it. It can be made soft or crispy if you prefer and holds the toppings well. This will be a regular purchase for me.This review is specific to Pizza Crust, 9 inch

May 30, 2020Reviewer: yvonne in New York* I buy these thin crusts for my son. he loves them. He makes them twice a week. He is still experimenting with bake times in the oven. if left a tad to long they come out dry. I will be buying more! This review is specific to Pizza Crust, Thin Crust, 2 pack

May 26, 2020Reviewer: Hannah in California* I ordered the thin crust pizza crust and was cautiously optimistic but it definitely exceeded my expectations. May 26, 2020Reviewer: Jessica in Maine* I have been ordering this pizza shell for several years. LOVED it, until the processing changed. What used to be a 7-9" shell became 5". I called customer service at Netrition and was informed that GLCB was using a different processing method. I waited a while and decided to try again and was so surprised that I got 12" shells!!!! My next order of 3 pkgs included 1 pkg that was 12" and 2 that were, once again around 5". Just not consistent or cost effective. I'm stuck with making four 5" pizzas instead of two 12" pizzas to feed my family. Too much work and way too expensiveThis review is specific to Pizza Crust, Thin Crust, 2 pack

April 18, 2020Reviewer: A customer in South Carolina* Made the most delicious pizza ever! The crust is so good that the one left over I'm gonna bake it with nothing on it and eat it as chips or bread--maybe I'll brush some olive oil on it.This review is specific to Pizza Crust, Thin Crust, 2 pack

April 16, 2020Reviewer: Sherrie in Ohio* Haven't fixed this yet, but, really happy to have a thin crust with less carbohydrates and sugar. Since I cannot eat a lot of bread because of the swelling that it causes, I have found that I can eat a thin crust and it doesn't affect me.This review is specific to Pizza Crust, Thin Crust, 2 pack

February 27, 2020Reviewer: Joan in Pennsylvania* These pizza crusts are GREAT! I was making the cauliflower and cheese "crusts" but sometimes it is difficult to get a good head of cauliflower and the "crust" is not very crusty. I like these Great Low Carb pizza crusts because they bake up nicely and you don't need a knife and fork to eat it.This review is specific to Pizza Crust, Thin Crust, 2 pack

February 15, 2020Reviewer: Barbara in California* I have tried a lot of other low carb pizza crusts, and these are the best! They taste like regular pizza crusts and I like them so much better than the cauliflower pizza crusts. I cook them on a pizza stone and they crisp up really well and taste fantastic! This review is specific to Pizza Crust, Thin Crust, 2 pack

February 14, 2020Reviewer: Larence in Florida* Please don't look anywhere else for a low carb pizza crust. This is the one. I chose the thin crust and may soon try the thick. I am a big guy (although slowly getting, well, less big). Half the pizza was enough for me for dinner and the rest the next day for lunch. I baked it on a pizza stone and went quite a bit longer on baking time - like 20 minutes. The crust was just right, the toppings were done perfectly. My wife had made some marinara a while back and froze it-low carb (Weight Watchers I think was her recipe). Set the crust out, loaded it with fixings and baked for about 20 minutes on a pizza stone. Could not get any easier and delicious. This review is specific to Pizza Crust, Thin Crust, 2 pack
-
February 06, 2020Reviewer: Rhonda in South Dakota* I am back to buy two more packages of these incredible pizza crusts! I've tried other kinds and they don't come close to these. I love the thin crust. If you like thin crust pizza, you gotta try these! I make chicken alfredo and it is soooooo good! Try these, you'll see for yourself!
-
February 05, 2020Reviewer: Megan in Iowa* I love pizza! Not just the toppings, which all can fit a low-carb lifestyle, but I love a good crust. This is the first one I have found that actually tastes and feels like regular pizza crust - crispy, a little chewy, and yum! The package says that half a crust is a serving, but I only have 1/4 of the crust at a time, loaded with yummy toppings. The crust keeps well in the freezer, and I am so happy to have it available when I get a craving for pizza! This review is specific to Pizza Crust, Thin Crust, 2 pack

February 05, 2020Reviewer: A guest* Having moved to a low carbohydrate diet recently I was a little skeptical on how this would taste as other foods I have tried have tasted like cardboard. I was pleasantly surprised. I thought that it tasted great, however, I did find it was a little dense which is why I give it a rating of 4/5. Differently something that I will be buying again.
-
January 31, 2020Reviewer: A customer in California* These really are pretty good and crisp up nicely as long as you eat it fresh before it goes limp. I try not to overload them and just use a small amount of homemade sauce, fresh basil, pepperoni, soft mozerella cheese and fresh parmesan. I think it's a bit overpriced and you can probably make a similar crust from scratch, but if you want something quick and don't want to fuss, go for it!This review is specific to Pizza Crust, Thin Crust, 2 pack

3 of 3 people found the following review helpfulJanuary 26, 2020Reviewer: A customer in Massachusetts* I olive oil both sides of the thin crust and sprinkle with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder. Then I brown both sides in a skillet on medium heat. I remove from the skillet, put on all my toppings and bake in the oven at 350 for 13 minutes. Tastes delish. This review is specific to Pizza Crust, Thin Crust, 2 pack

January 23, 2020Reviewer: david in Pennsylvania* I find Great Low Carb breads to be just ok, a little grainy. This crust (thin) was in my freezer over a month before I pulled it out last night. I was shocked how great it was. Not grainy at all. Crispy and delicious- I made white with spinach. Followed the directions exactly and put it right on the rack- no cookie sheet. This review is specific to Pizza Crust, Thin Crust, 2 pack

January 20, 2020Reviewer: Laura in Illinois* Tastes like a " normal" thin crust pizza. Can't say enough of this product. Doesn't feel like I am eating a cauliflower crust which is the best compliment I can give themThis review is specific to Pizza Crust, Thin Crust, 2 pack

2 of 2 people found the following review helpfulJanuary 18, 2020Reviewer: MARLENA in New York* I can't give this a true review because my problem right now is with the directions. The package (which does not specify if you should cook from frozen or defrost) says to "place desired topping on crust and bake at 400 degrees for about 8 minutes." When I did that and it tasted like a rubbery cardboard, I went on to the website to file a complaint. The website directions say, "Defrost in fridge or microwave for 10-15 seconds at a time so as not to dry it out. The best way to cook is at 350 degrees for 5-7 minutes and then take out and add your toppings. Then cook for 7-9 minutes more at the same temp."
What the heck? I threw half of it in the garbage and I'm not in any rush to cook the one in my freezer.

January 01, 2020Reviewer: Carole in Florida* I made one pizza and froze the other. The pizza was horrible. I wound up eating the toppings (mozz, tomato sauce, basil, parm) My toppings were delicious. December 16, 2019Reviewer: A customer in Florida* I tried the thin crust and did not freeze right after I received them. They seem thick enough to make a pizza and my first one I tried cooking the shell a little bit before making the pizza. The second time I cooked the pizza and toppings at the same time and that worked best. Greasing the pan and plenty of sauce. It made a good pizza. This review is specific to Pizza Crust, Thin Crust, 2 pack

December 15, 2019Reviewer: matthew in New York* Surprisingly, better than expected. It’s amazing to be able to make pizza on a low or no carb diet that is really really good. The fact that the entire large crust only has four digestible grams of carbohydrates and 120 cal is amazing. Even with the sauce and cheese it probably has less than 250 cal and is very filling. I will be ordering a lot more of these.
-
November 09, 2019Reviewer: Christine in Michigan* I was pleasantly surprised with this crust. It made a great substitute for a “real” pizza crust. I baked it a few minutes before adding sauce and toppings. Tasted pretty good! Will definitely order again. So happy I found these!!This review is specific to Pizza Crust, Thin Crust, 2 pack

November 06, 2019Reviewer: Susan in Ohio* Game changer for us!! Absolutely the BEST tasting low carb pizza crust we have had (have tried them all - multiple variations of fathead, cauliflower, etc) This holds up like a "normal" dough with a great chew & mouth feel along with a nice crunch on the crust. I ordered the thin crust because that is what we prefer. I just ordered 6 more packages so we do not run out! THANK YOU for bringing our Friday pizza night back for us :)This review is specific to Pizza Crust, Thin Crust, 2 pack

September 11, 2019Reviewer: Amber in California* I spread some avocado oil on my pizza stone and cooked it on my Traeger at 350 for about 10ish minutes with a little sauce, cheese & pepperoni and it came out pretty good! It had kind of a puffy chewy consistency with very little flavor but that gave the toppings a chance to shine. Will definitely be ordering these again! This review is specific to Pizza Crust, Thin Crust, 2 pack

August 15, 2019Reviewer: Tina in California* I made pizza with this crust a few nights ago and I have to say...I really like this pizza crust. I've made Keto versions before and they just don't have that chew or the taste of vinegar was too over whelming. This crust was chewy and it did not taste bad at all. I made a standard pepperoni and cheese pizza and it came out perfect. I did use a pizza pan that had holes in it so that the crust could toast more in the oven. Overall, I would recommend this product. I would definitely recommend using a faster shipping method if you're on the West Coast. As this product has no preservatives, it can spoil quite quickly. This review is specific to Pizza Crust, 9 inch

May 25, 2019Reviewer: Cheryl in Kansas* I appreciate the products that The Great Low Carb Bread Company provides for us low-carb/keto people. I do not know how they do it, but I am glad they know how! We enjoy their thin crust pizza crust immensely. We bake them on a pan with holes but we like to crisp it up/brown the crust more after we have baked it according to their instructions. We do this by putting the pizza in a nonstick stovetop pan with just a tiny bit of oil. Just a few minutes. Yum! I heat leftovers this way, flipping it over to get the top heated as well. I have made the fat head pizza dough recipe but it contains a lot of carbs, fats & protein in the crust alone. We like it a lot but prefer TGLCBC's crust because we can put those numbers on top of the crust. Balance, all about balance! The convenience of having the crust in the freezer, already made, is also a big plus in our opinion. BIG PLUS! Thank you for making a great product & thank you Netrition.com for making it available on your website. This review is specific to Pizza Crust, Thin Crust, 2 pack

April 04, 2019Reviewer: Heather in Virginia* This crust is great! So, so much easier and better tasting than homemade cauliflower crusts. I’ve never been able to get the crust crispy, but I also don’t own a pizza brick. Other than that, it holds up well and has the texture of a flour based crust. I usually save up my carbs for the day (the toppings and crust add up) and have a whole crust. I wouldn’t be able to stick to keto without this pizza option. This review is specific to Pizza Crust, Thin Crust, 2 pack

March 03, 2019Reviewer: Alan in Florida* "I can have pizza whenever I want!". That is what you will be saying after you try this pizza crust! I make mine with sugar free pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, lots of pepperoni, a few tomato slices, some mild banana pepper rings and then I top it off with a little bit of basil and oregano! You will not believe how incredible pizza tastes when you haven't had it for a few months because you didn't know you could actually make a Keto Pizza! This pizza crust is a lifesaver!!! :-)This review is specific to Pizza Crust, Thin Crust, 2 pack

February 04, 2019Reviewer: A guest* Great product!. Just a little confused about the directions. The package directions are different from the directions on this website. So glad we found this website! This review is specific to Pizza Crust, Thin Crust, 2 pack

January 26, 2019Reviewer: Bern in Florida* These are small - like personal pizzas. They are also heavier than I expected. That's better than any keto homemade crust that falls apart when you just look at it. I baked our pizzas (with lots o' toppings) for about 13 minutes. Could have gone a few minutes longer. This review is specific to Pizza Crust, 9 inch

January 24, 2019Reviewer: David in Missouri* I purchased two packages of these, each containing two thin crusts. I prepared the first package according to the directions. The resulting pizzas came out having a crust that was reminiscent of the first time I tried eating squid--it was like chewing on a piece of rubber. The second time I thought baking them in the oven for five minutes before putting on the toppings might result in a crispier crust. I was wrong. The resulting pizzas still had crusts with the texture of chewing on a latex glove. My recommendation for those who crave the flavor of pizza but want to keep the carbs down and still have a good flavorful experience: use low carb tortillas like Mama Lupe's, layer one half with mozzarella cheese and whatever other toppings you choose, fold over and fry in a griddle or a panini press for a quesadilla--using pizza sauce for dipping. Another low carb alternative which still has good flavor is to use Joseph's Middle Eastern Bakery Lavash Bread to make flatbread pizzas. This review is specific to Pizza Crust, Thin Crust, 2 pack

November 13, 2018Reviewer: A customer in Maryland* So I baked the pizzas longer than recommended to get a crispier crust and used a baking sheet with the pizzas on the rack so heat could get to the bottom of the pizzas. The edges of the pizza turned out fine, but the bottom was still gummy and some bites were like biting into dough and were tough to take a bite. I think I will just stick with a fathead dough for pizzas. This review is specific to Pizza Crust, Thin Crust, 2 pack

2 of 2 people found the following review helpfulOctober 12, 2018Reviewer: James in Pennsylvania* Yes you can enjoy pizza! We are dealing with products made with oat fiber which honestly acts like a sponge for moisture. Proper preparation is required for best results. I use a pizza stone (preheated at 425) and brush the crust with garlic oil. About 2 ounces of Tomato sauce topped with a layer of cheese and pepperoni makes a satisfying meal. Depending on your preferences be careful not to overbake. I prefer crisp on the bottom with a little bit of Chew. Let's be honest: nothing is going to replace traditional Neapolitan Pizza dough. The finish product reminds me of store-bought frozen pizza. It's not bad... It's not great either. What is terrific is an enjoyable meal can be had while not loading up on empty carbs. I suggest experimenting: white broccoli pizza, clam pizza, shrimp scampi pizza and any of your favorites with strong flavors. It's vital to compensate for the oak fiber content which absorbs moisture. Its a good product that really satisfies. Keep your expectations in check and open your mind to creative technique and culinary flavors.

1 of 1 people found the following review helpfulDecember 12, 2017Reviewer: Irina in Arizona* I have ordered both the regular and the thin crust before. You can't beat the low carb and low calories for this crust. I don't eat pizza very often, when I do, I spread some basil pesto, fresh mozzarella and fresh tomatoes on it and bake it in my small toaster oven. It comes out good. It does not taste like regular pizza dough, more like a flat bread. It's a little chewy and tough, but that might just be my way of preparing it. I will keep ordering it.This review is specific to Pizza Crust, Thin Crust, 2 pack

October 16, 2017Reviewer: A customer in Ohio* We love these crusts. They satisfy the pizza cravings. Good taste and texture. My only complaint is that quality control isn't consistent. Sometimes the crusts are enormous, sometimes they are really small or too thick. I buy several packs at a time and the size difference from one pack, (sometimes within the same pack), to another is very obvious. But I would still highly recommend these for anyone who's low carb/low cal and loves pizza.

July 03, 2017Reviewer: A customer in New York* These are small 8 inch pita bread flats that are being marketed as pizza dough. They not only do not taste good or like pizza dough the are two sided - like pita bread.
They may be low carb, but you can do a whole lot better than buying these. I will never again.

-
May 05, 2017Reviewer: A customer in Illinois* I've had both the thick and thin crust pizzas by GLCBC. The thin is definitely better than the thick. The thick is good but the dough is very airy and the air in it makes the toppings carry all the flavor and it's just not enough. Make sure you bake it to soft and not crispy because it will get really dry and tasteless. The thin is dense and very nice, it tastes akin to NY style pizza or a totinos/Red Baron. I like to bump up the flavor by smearing Laughing Cow on the base and Italian dry seasoning. Then I sauce and top with cheese and toppings. My non keto gf even enjoys it!!

April 19, 2017Reviewer: Wendy in North Carolina* This was good! Just as good as any pre-packaged crust I've ever tried. Couldn't really tell it was low carb, no "off" taste or anything. This product would definitely make eating pizza in a more "normal" way much easier, since all you have to do is put the toppings on it. 1 of 1 people found the following review helpfulMarch 30, 2017Reviewer: David in Illinois* Nice, solid crusts that held together during the prep, cooking and eating phases. Not the same as a 'regular' crust, but close enough for me. Pick up a slice and you do not need to worry if it's going to fall apart in your hands. Very little is sacrificed in flavor. Tastes, chews, just like it should. Finally, low carb folks have a decent solution for pizza night. This review is specific to Pizza Crust, Thin Crust, 2 pack

February 08, 2017Reviewer: Kelly in Missouri* I don't know if it's just me, but I had a bad gastrointestinal reaction to this product. When everyone else is eating pizza you can make yourself a personal size pizza with one of these crusts and still be low carb. It really helps staying on a low carb diet when you feel like you are "cheating" with one of these crusts. My husband and I like the thin crust pizza and I put a little olive oil on it, bake it for about 5 minutes, then put our toppings on and put it in the oven till hot and melted. Yummmm

March 28, 2016Reviewer: Lori in North Dakota* These pizza crusts are the BOMB! I have used them numerous times. I have found that by lightly baking them first and then adding the toppings on works best for me. The crust is a good flavor and does not taste like cardboard. Just use your imagination! These are not as fluffy as other crusts, but that's ok with me and the taste is very good. I am going to order some to send to my sister Rachel for her to try. January 20, 2016Reviewer: Angela in Florida* One word, YUM! I love to top this with low carb sauce a ton of cheese and pepperoni for when I crave pizza but don't want to blow my diet. I prefer the thin ones cause there is less dough but both are equally tasty! This review is specific to Pizza Crust, Thin Crust, 2 pack

January 11, 2016Reviewer: Rhiannon in New York* These are THE BEST low carb pizza crusts anywhere. I've also tried every recipe possible to try and make my own (cauliflower crust, coconut flour, almond flour, etc), but the texture never came close to actual pizza. This does! Thank you, Great Low Carb Bread Company! I loved all of the products I've tried. This review is specific to Pizza Crust, Thin Crust, 2 pack

October 20, 2015Reviewer: A customer in Pennsylvania* This pizza crust is amazing!!! It tastes just like normal pizza crust!!! I didn't find it to be too thick at all - it was perfect! I experimented with a white pizza and just put some olive oil and spices on the crust before layering cheese, mushrooms, and kalamata olives. It was delicious and it was the first time I'd ever made pizza. I was thrilled!!! I will definitely order this again! This review is specific to Pizza Crust, 9 inch

September 08, 2015Reviewer: kim in North Carolina* Tastes just like regular pizza crust. It's nice to eat pizza without feeling guilty. I'm going to keep a supply of these, as Friday is when my husband and kids bring pizza home for dinner from papa johns. I make my own with this crust using low carb sauce, veggies, and vegan cheese. I don't feel deprived at all. This review is specific to Pizza Crust, Thin Crust, 2 pack

May 07, 2015Reviewer: A customer in New Jersey* I'm not sure if we just don't know what to do with it, but each time it ended up hard as a rock, inedible. I like other GLCBC products, but not this and not the crackers. This review is specific to Pizza Crust, 9 inch

9 of 9 people found the following review helpfulMay 05, 2015Reviewer: CHRISTINE in Florida* Thank you again for something much more closer to wonderful, glorious BREAD! LoL. I bought the 2 thin crust pack and it's nothing like I'm reading about. It's not thick at all. Quite the opposite. I took mine from the freezer and let it thaw for like 5 minutes. Then I put some olive oil over the crust along with some rosemary, basil and fennel seasoning. Put it in the toaster oven at 400 for 5 minutes. Then took it out and I put on my Muir pizza sauce, fresh mozzarella and baked it for another 8 minutes at 400. Awesome! This review is specific to Pizza Crust, Thin Crust, 2 pack

1 of 1 people found the following review helpfulApril 06, 2015Reviewer: Peggy in Wisconsin* Good pizza without the guilt (and nasty side effects of regular pizza). If you don't already own one, look into getting a "Pizza Pizazz" It makes a great, quick easy pizza. Top with your favorite sauce (lo-carb), and toppings and the pizza pizazz set on "dual" setting for approximately 12 minutes and you have delicious pizzza. Good job Great Low Carb Bread Company - now just lower the price as you continue to grow!!This review is specific to Pizza Crust, Thin Crust, 2 pack

March 26, 2015Reviewer: Frederick in Missouri* What a terrific company - Great Low Carb Bread Company. Every product I have tried has been great- especially considering the incredible low carb count. This has been a godsend. Who would have thought I could still have my weekend pizza fest on low carb and still lose the weight! The crust is good - pretty close to some of the good regular crusts. Full heartedly recommend!!!This review is specific to Pizza Crust, 9 inch

1 of 1 people found the following review helpfulMarch 08, 2015Reviewer: Ginny in Georgia* This was pretty good. I love the Great Low Carb Bread Company products and this wasn't my favorite but I will eat again, just probably not often. I try to limit low carb "products" to one thing every other day or special occasions, and honestly this was not just something I would waste my one thing on very often. If you are craving pizza though this may do the trick and is definitely not bad, which is why I would recommend it and may even order it again, it just won't be a staple for me. For reference, I kept mine frozen and semi-thawed them then put on toppings and cooked directly on over rack at 400 for about 12 minutes. This review is specific to Pizza Crust, Thin Crust, 2 pack

February 07, 2015Reviewer: James in Georgia* This review is for the thin crust 2-pack:
Must say, I truly loved them! The big difference of whether you will love or hate them is based on how you "doctor" them up. They have very little taste in and of themselves, so you might not appreciate them without some modification. I used melted butter on the whole crust (after doing the edges on the first one wasn't enough for me), and then added garlic salt on top of the melted butter (since regular garlic powder wasn't enough for me). I also added sesame seeds to the outside part of the crust to give it more flavor. I then cooked it for 10 minutes at 350. If you prefer a crispier crust, increase to 400 and maybe add another 5 minutes of cook time. Enjoy!

February 06, 2015Reviewer: Maleet in New Jersey* I love this crust! Very easy to pull out from the freezer, add your favorite toppings and bake...
I like my pizza crispy (think well done) and this crisps up well on my pizza stone. It reminds me of a big cracker in texture but that is because I always cook it longer than recommended.
If you like their other bread products, give this a try!

January 31, 2015Reviewer: Melissa in South Carolina* We ordered the thin crust pizzas and used real mozzarella. Cooked it on the grill for a few minutes and finished it off in the oven. Not as good as homemade flour crust...but as good as any frozen pizza I've had. Use fresh ingredients and it's really good! This review is specific to Pizza Crust, Thin Crust, 2 pack

January 25, 2015Reviewer: Julianne in Oregon* 7 in. thin crust - OMG, I might survive this low carb thing after all! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Awesome. Preheat oven to 400. Put frozen crust on baking sheet, put on your toppings, bake 10 min - awesome. Did I say awesome? Awesome. This review is specific to Pizza Crust, Thin Crust, 2 pack

December 31, 2014Reviewer: Christopher in Washington* This exceeded my expectations by MILES. I haven't eaten a decent pizza crust in 6 months, but I'll be damned if I haven't tried. This was the end of a long search for me, and I've already reordered more. This review is specific to Pizza Crust, 9 inch

November 16, 2014Reviewer: Derry in Nevada* Best low carb pizza crust I have found so far. Really good, as in I will be buying more. Great to be able to make normal pizza's again.

October 30, 2014Reviewer: A customer in New York* I haven't had pizza in a LONG time, and this stuff hit the spot! The packaging recommends freezing, so I froze the crusts until I needed them. After baking them with part-skim mozzarella, sauce, and turkey pepperoni in a 350 degree oven for about 15 minutes, they were a bit too crispy and cracker-like where I did not apply toppings. I sort of fixed this by dipping the crusts in warmed pizza sauce, but next time I will bake them for a shorter period of time. This review is specific to Pizza Crust, Thin Crust, 2 pack

August 26, 2014Reviewer: Melissa in Michigan* Finally, a wonderful low carb pizza crust!
I agree with some of the other reviewers who say the thick crust option is a little too "bready"-- and I usually LOVE thick crust pizza! I think it is because the crust is rather bland. Perhaps lightly brushing it with garlic butter or adding other spices would make a difference. The toppings also do tend to slide off while baking.
All of that said, it's still a wonderful product! My blood sugar did NOT spike and crash. The pizza also tasted like real pizza! If you have ever tried the bread-less pizza alternatives, like the cauliflower crust, the cream cheese base, or upside-down portobello mushroom caps, you will LOVE this company!
I certainly plan on ordering them again. Next time, however, I will probably order the thin crust option for an occasional "healthy junk food" splurge. :-)

June 25, 2014Reviewer: A customer in New Jersey* I wish there was a "maybe" answer to recommending this product. I followed the directions as closely as possible. The one that I had was very thick and tough.
I could see that if there was a lot of variation in the thickness, that I happened to get one that was on the thick side, it would be better.
I also found that the slice that was leftover and refrigerated was much less tough when reheated, as if the moisture got more balanced. If it had started out like that, I'd probably recommend it.
I do have another crust, and I am toying with the idea of putting some drops of water on the crust when I cook it.
Note that I love their products in general, so this was rather a disappointment.

5 of 5 people found the following review helpfulApril 26, 2014Reviewer: Thomas in California* Good, but not great. It's too thick for me (about 1/4 inch). It could be half the thickness and be much, much better. Also the shape of the crust is a subtle dome that puffs up in the middle. This means all of the sauce, cheese and toppings slide to and off the edges burning on your pizza pan. I'd hate to see what would have happened if I hadn't used a pan! If they could do a crust that was thinner and flat, it would be fantastic.

2 of 2 people found the following review helpfulApril 18, 2014Reviewer: Judy in Ohio* It is too thick for me. The 8oz crust could be cut into two 4oz pieces and just made a little thinner and maybe two 5 inch pieces so you could get 2 pizza out of it . I just do not like a thick crust pizza. It is too bready.

6 of 7 people found the following review helpfulApril 12, 2014Reviewer: Marcy in Texas* Best low-carb pizza crust I've ever had. A nice, sturdy base for sauce, cheese and light toppings. My pizza baked in about 10 minutes and I ate the whole darn thing all by myself. A quick and easy meal, very filling, and it definitely satisfied my craving. I'm diabetic and even eating the entire pizza didn't raise my blood sugar! I use Bella Vita low-carb pasta sauce (buy it here from Netrition) and it was just delicious.

1 of 1 people found the following review helpfulApril 05, 2014Reviewer: John in Colorado* Great texture, no bad flavor, though a little on the bland side. Next time we're adding butter and garlic salt to the outside edge to see how that works - but over-all the best low-carb crust we've ever had.
