I have pain in my knees after running or other workouts that involve bending my knees. I have tried various supplements with Glucosamine, Chondroitin and MSM, for several years with no real relief. I tried the Joint Vibrance Powder, and within 1 week my knees felt better than they ever did with any other supplement. The powder was hard to mix in plain water, but I found a shaker bottle did the trick when I added a little (1/3t) flaxseed oil to the powder. I also found the taste when mixed with plain water to be non-palatable, but when mixed with orange juice or lemon juice, the taste was better. I also like the fact that it is low carb, low calorie, has no added sugar, and even has a little protein. Definitely recommend, and I have already re-ordered.This review is specific to Joint Vibrance Powder, Orange-Pineapple
