June 19, 2018Reviewer: Gail in New Mexico* I used this in a recipe for caramel. I put 1/2 cup with 2 Tbs. nut butter together and stirred. I placed parchment paper in a shallow baking pan and scattered nuts around (an 8 x 8 baking pan) and poured the mixture over. I put it in the oven on 350, I checked after 6-7 minutes. It should bubble up all over. This is wonderful, but has to be kept in the freezer, because it never gets solid enough to break into pieces. It doesn't give me any high blood sugar. I would use this in place of corn syrup.

June 15, 2017Reviewer: Lynn in Texas* Love this stuff. Any recipe that calls for syrup, honey, or corn syrup is an easy fix with the VitaFiber. Perfect answer for low carbers.

It will be hard to stir and then come together... can add nuts and seeds as well. I made Peanut butter cookie protein, and chocolate with some trail mix mixed in. Both delicious. Form into a bar, wrap in Saran wrap and refrigerate. I have heard you can bake them them briefly too, but I haven't tried that.
