November 30, 2017Reviewer: Erin in Washington* Love it! I add a scoop or two of this to so many recipes to add in some extra healthy fats. I make my kids protein cakes (pancakes) each morning but I hate having macros that are lacking in fat so I add two scoops in with the batter and they can't tell the difference. I blend this in my coffee instead of coconut oil and it adds creaminess without the dreaded floating oily top. There is zero digestion issues that can sometimes go along with liquid MCT oils which is a HUGE plus in my books.
