It tastes as sweet as sugar and I've always had great results with it, even making cake frosting.

May 28, 2019Reviewer: Roxanne in Oklahoma* We use Sukrin icing so much we buy multiple bags at a time. We are keto so we use this in much of our baking & fat bombs. There's no after taste or strange cooling sensation. It's our favorite alternative to sugar. It's 1:1 ratio makes it an easy swap. The prices are great & we always get our order fast!

February 21, 2019Reviewer: JA in Washington* I was highly encouraged to try this brand of sweetener from someone who absolutely loves it. I made maple nut scones and used the sweetener for the icing. The sweetener ruined the scones because of the cool aftertaste. I wish I didn't have to indicate whether or not I'd recommend this product to others because I know that people act differently to sweeteners. So, this sweetener may work for you. It just didn't for me.

July 24, 2018Reviewer: Peggy in Wisconsin* I use various sweeteners in my baking, cooking and coffee, and I must say that this is one of the best of them. Sugar free icing, candies, ice-cream bases all taste excellent - even better than Swerve in my opinion, and the 1:1 ratio makes it easy to work with. It is more expensive than say a generic erythritol, so I reserve its use for special events or gifts. But when I do choose to use it, I'm always pleased with the results.

October 07, 2017Reviewer: A guest* I was able to use this to make icing for a chocolate cake a couple of months ago. I like that it has the texture of confection sugar and the icing tasted good. I can make the foods I like and enjoy them.
