July 31, 2020Reviewer: James in Maryland* This is a very delicious cheesecake for how simple it is to make. No cream cheese added and no baking. Just add some milk, blend and chill in your favorite low carb crust. The resulting mix has a nice cheese cake flavor and texture. Some no sugar fruit topping makes it especially delicious. I used skim milk so the result was both lower carb, lower fat and tasted great.

1. Combined Gram Zero, Stevia Sweetened No Bake Cheesecake and NOW Soy Milk Powder, for the cheesecake mix. 2. Keebler Graham Cracker Pie Crust, 6 Ounce (Pre-Made Crust). 3. Thai Kitchen Coconut Cream, unsweetened, combined with Sweet Leaf Stevia Sweetener (two packs, equal to 1 gram of sugar), for a whipped topping. 4. Smuckers, Sugar-Free Strawberry Topping.
What I like about this recipe is that it has considerably less sugar than the average no bake cheesecake sold in most department and retail stores, as well as slightly fewer carbs, and it has a decent amount of protein. I also found the cheesecake genuinely tasted like real cheesecake, and I could eat this Gram Zero Cheesecake Mix without a sugar rush. You could also reduce the carbs by making your own pie crust as well. All in all, I am definitely satisfied with this no bake cheesecake!

I can not use splenda or any other artificial sweetener but the stevia from the stevia plant in Gram Zero products does not give me headaches and they taste great. I make up the cheesecake mix and layer it with fruit for a parfait . The jello makes a great mousse using two cups of hot water, then when cool, add 1 container cool whip and mix . Excellent flavor and texture.
