January 12, 2021Reviewer: Vicki in Arkansas* If you are serious Keto, this product is not Keto friendly. It's not really even low carb. It uses potato starch as the thickening agent. Wish I would have noticed it before I ordered. My fault for not checking the ingredients list beforehand.

1 of 1 people found the following review helpfulMay 23, 2020Reviewer: A customer in Maine* I have tried both the Chocolate & Vanilla now. Imo both need a little flavor boost, but otherwise I like them very much. I add 1 tbsp of cocoa or 1 tbsp vanilla flavoring. I use almond milk. The directions say 2 cups of milk or 1 1/4 alternative milk, but I still have to use 2 cups of almond milk. to get the right consistency. Sometimes it gets a little lumpy & it needs more than 2 min with the mixer. I don’t detect really much aftertaste at all. Happy with this. product. Will keep buying. Strawberry is next.

1 of 1 people found the following review helpfulJanuary 29, 2020Reviewer: Maria in Maryland* I used almond milk and followed the directions on the box. You get a very thick pudding suitable for pies. If you want it a bit thinner, just add more almond milk. I find it gets a little clumpy, so give it a blitz in the blender and you'll get a silky smooth consistency! The chocolate flavor is great! Will order the vanilla and strawberry next. This review is specific to Sugar Free Pudding, Instant, Chocolate

November 21, 2019Reviewer: James in Maryland* Very tasty pudding. Not overly sweet. I made a really nice chocolate pudding pie with the Dixie USA graham cracker crust.
-
November 15, 2019Reviewer: Whitney in Oregon* The recipe on the box calls for 1 1/4 cups of almond milk, and I used 1 cup of almond milk and 1/4 cup of heavy cream. The texture is very light for a pudding, and stayed that way after being in the fridge overnight. The taste was really good. I'm going to try the strawberry next. This review is specific to Sugar Free Pudding, Instant, Chocolate

November 10, 2019Reviewer: Terry in New Jersey* This is delicious! It doesn’t have a weird fake sugar taste and it is not overly sweet. I will buy this again! And it takes two minutes, literally two minutes to make. This review is specific to Sugar Free Pudding, Instant, Vanilla

October 29, 2018Reviewer: A customer in Tennessee* Not at all 'Simply Delish'. I like the taste of cooked pudding - so I was surprised to see this was instant. But when I took a bite the 'finished product' there was no denying it. I hate to give a negative review, I thought about it for a few days. -Decided I wish someone had warned me. I bought 2 packages and at the price point that was totally wasted money. Chalky, tasteless, - the directions say 'if you want hot pudding simply micro-wave it' Did the corporate problem solver taste it prior to recommending to microwave it? It wasn't created to do anything with it but put it in a bowl and run a spoon through it. I gave it a '2' because the creative packaging made it look so 'Delish'.This review is specific to Sugar Free Pudding, Instant, Chocolate

July 29, 2018Reviewer: Peter in California* Love this pudding and its instant, so quick to make. Tastes as good as old fashion made pudding and with Stevia as a sweetener its great for diabetics like me. Highest marks for this pudding. This review is specific to Sugar Free Pudding, Instant, Chocolate

December 03, 2017Reviewer: Gail in New Mexico* I'm glad I found something healthy for a sweet dessert. I usually mix this as directed and then whip in softened cream cheese. Using a low carb bottom crust and a variety of toppings (including whipped cream) makes this my go to dessert starter. This review is specific to Sugar Free Pudding, Instant, Vanilla

1 of 1 people found the following review helpfulOctober 06, 2017Reviewer: Meredith in Pennsylvania* I generally agree with the reviews on the site, but not this one. There was almost no flavor to this, even with adding vanilla extract and whipped cream. It had the texture of instant pudding, but not the taste. This review is specific to Sugar Free Pudding, Instant, Chocolate

September 08, 2017Reviewer: Karen in California* Had family and friends over for dinner so I made both flavors and made it with cream to make mousse, broke up some frozen raspberries to sprinkle on top. My guests are all asking for the recipe. Was a huge hit and even more so when I told them it was sugar free and no aspartame.

1 of 1 people found the following review helpfulJuly 29, 2017Reviewer: Samantha in Maryland* The box suggested 10 ounces of almond milk for low-carb. I used 8 ounces and 2 ounces of heavy cream to thicken it up. It was great. My only complaint is I wish the carbs were just a little bit lower. It's still pretty high if you're trying to stick under 20 net carbs. Still the best I have found though, taste-wise.This review is specific to Sugar Free Pudding, Instant, Chocolate

July 03, 2017Reviewer: Mary in Georgia* I was leery of this pudding the first box I tried. I made it with sugar free almond milk. It was ok but it is much better with half and half or heavy whipping cream and for us low carber's that is great for us! It is good to mix half sugar free almond milk with your half and half or heavy whipping cream also. This is very good and very low carb especially compared to other sugar free puddings on the market and in stores. I like both the vanilla and the chocolate very well.

2 of 2 people found the following review helpfulMay 09, 2017Reviewer: Cherie in Pennsylvania* FINALLY, a pudding I can indulge in that has NO sucralose or aspartame! Tried both flavors using almond milk. Added cocoa powder to the chocolate and a few drops of liquid stevia English Toffee and it was delicious! The vanilla is good, but it needs a little ooomph ... maybe I will add flavor drops next time along with a little vanilla extract.

2 of 2 people found the following review helpfulMay 06, 2017Reviewer: A customer in Indiana* I've been looking for a good low-carb aspartame-free pudding mix forever. The flavor and texture are excellent. I used 10 oz. almond milk as directed and beat on medium-high speed for 2-3 minutes. The pudding thickened up remarkably well, and thickened up even more when I let it sit in the fridge for 5 minutes. I haven't used this to make pies, but I think it would work well.
My only qualm is that I think the formula uses a bit too much erythritol. Erythritol has a very easy-to-identify cooling effect in the mouth, and if you eat enough of it in a concentrated amount, it causes a burning effect in the back of the throat. Half of this box of pudding with almond milk is only 70-80 calories, which is great for a snack, but it's enough to cause both the cooling and burning sensations. So my conclusion is this pudding is great in small doses, and maybe mixed with other things, but avoid a whole bowl of the stuff straight-up.
