May 04, 2022Reviewer: Scott in Ohio* This product has a terrific nutritional profile - low carbs, lots of fiber, and an excellent calcium-sodium ratio. The latter is important if you tend to get kidney stones. The literature favors swiss cheese and a few other foods for this purpose, but this pasta is far better in that regard (5mg sodium and 130mg calcium). As for the taste, if I had a phase of "getting used to" non-traditional pasta, that's long gone with this outstanding product. If you have access to Cincinnati-style chili, try that on these noodles.

March 30, 2021Reviewer: Terry in Arizona* I've tried most (if not all) of the low carb pasta out there. This along with the same brand soybean linguine are by far the best I've found. Flavor and texture are great, it cooks quickly, absorbs the flavor from the sauce, and my blood sugar stays in an appropriate range. Highly recommended, especially for diabetics who miss their pasta.

November 17, 2020Reviewer: A guest* I have used other pasta sub. and they left something to be desired(black bean was ok but you have to get past the gray color) these cook up really fast and taste good.

1 of 1 people found the following review helpfulMarch 11, 2020Reviewer: Pamela in North Carolina* These reminded me of chewy ramen noodles but with that soy bean taste. Leftovers seemed to take on more of the sauce flavor. I used them to make low carb hamburger helper..not bad. If you plan on using the whole package you will need extra sauce. It does't seem like much but the noodles expand.

1 of 1 people found the following review helpfulOctober 08, 2018Reviewer: Margaret in Alabama* I'll start by saying I have no issues with soy, so if you do, this isn't for you since soy beans (and water used to process) are the only ingredients.
That having been said, I love this pasta. No strong taste so it just accepts whatever sauce you're using with it. Following instructions, you get a nice "al dente" texture and you can wind it up on your fork. I will note, however, that if you're a "leftover fried pasta" kind of person, this won't work for you. It will re-heat, but no crispness, unless you burn it. Then again, that's because there's no starch in it and, after all, if you wanted starch, you wouldn't be looking for a low carb pasta.
One more word about packaging - it's better than other soy pasta's I've purchased. This is in a bag, yet it's not all broken into pieces. Other brands seem to try harder on packaging, by putting it in a box yet, often, the spaghetti is so broken up it's only useful for things like noodles for soup.

September 11, 2018Reviewer: Karen in Nebraska* I doubt you will find a better low carb spaghetti substitute. It breaks very easily and you must be careful not to cook it too long, but all in all, it's good. Texture is okay, no unpleasant taste. It tends to clump together a bit when mixed with sauces, but I can live with that. It's a great substitute when pasta is forbidden. I like to drown it in butter, sprinkle a little seasoning, and just eat it like that. It's so versatile, can be used for so many dishes. I definitely recommend this product.

3 of 3 people found the following review helpfulMay 07, 2017Reviewer: Jim in Tennessee* This pasta is actually good. The noodles don't fall apart. It has a bit of a different taste compared to real pasta; however, it's not unpleasant. After all, it is a low carb product. Served al dente. Has a similar chew and bite. All things considered, it's not regular pasta, but it's close.

Not a fan of the Shirataki type noodles(texture is not great for me). The Organic soybean Spaghetti Zeroodles are awesome. The Texture and taste are like a whole wheat type of pasta.
