Cracked Nut Butter was developed by Megan and Paul Potts for their clients, who were on a health journey to kick their sugar habits, build lean muscle and lose unwanted fat. From personal experience they understood the need for a sweet, but satisfying snack during the day that was made from high quality ingredients, with multiple health benefits, without compromising the pledge to quit the sugar habit that was sabotaging so many. Cracked Oat Bars Recipe:
12 oz of Cracked Nut Butter cookie dough flavor-room temperature
1/2 cup shelled sunflower seeds
1 cup shredded unsweetened coconut flakes
1/4 cup Chia seeds
1/4-1/2 cup Organic virgin coconut oil - melted
Mix together thoroughly with hands and place in balls on wax paper and freeze OR in an 8 x 8 pan and freeze. Cut into squares and enjoy.
