Navitas Naturals Chia Powder is perfect for sprinkling on top of cereals, oatmeal and salads, or add it to baked goods, raw chia crackers, piecrusts and more. You can also utilize chia powder as a vegan egg substitute - as you would flaxseed powder. Due to its gelling properties, you can use chia powder as a thickener for soups, smoothies and shakes.
