3 Bean Salad

Ingredients:

  • 14 1/2 ounce can whole green beans, drained
  • 14 1/2 ounce can golden wax beans, drained
  • 15 ounce can organic Black Soy Beans, rinsed and drained well
  • 6 drops EZ-Sweetz liquid sweetener
  • 1/3 cup Balsamic vinegar
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 3 scallions, about 3 inch long and sliced super thin
  • 1 medium clove garlic, minced
  • 2 Tablespoons DaVinci Sugar Free Syrup, Vanilla flavor (or vanilla extract and a bit more low carb sweetner)

Preparation Instructions:

Mix the sweetener, DaVinci syrup, vinegar and oil in a medium bowl. Stir in the beans, scallions, and garlic, and let marinate in the fridge several hours, stirring occasionally.
