Preparation Instructions for Mounds Cheesecake:

Spray microwave-safe bowl with Pam cooking spray. Mix all ingredients into bowl and microwave for 3 minutes. Chill thoroughly and enjoy.

Flavor options are limitless. Try variations:

Substitute coconut extract with other flavors
Try different flavors of DaVinci's Sugar Free Syrup
Mix in some peanut butter for a peanut butter cup cheesecake
Mix in some instant coffee crystals for mocha cheesecake
Omit the cocoa and use Vanilla DaVinci's Sugar Free Syrup for plain cheesecake
Add low carb mini chocolate chips
