Low Carb Sweet N Sour Sauce

Mix together in small bowl: ginger, onion powder, red bell pepper powder, and glucomannan.

Bring to a boil in a medium sauce pan: DaVinci syrup, bourbon (or water), rice vinegar, soy sauce, molasses, and (if using) finely grated fresh red bell pepper.

Slowly add the dry mixture to the boiling liquids while continuously whisking. Cook until thickened, about a minute. It will thicken more as it sits and cools. Thin it out by whisking in a bit of water, if needed. Makes roughly 2 cups. Excellent with shrimp and chicken.
