Low Carb Brownies

- 1/2 cup Tova Carbquik
- 1/2 cup LifeSource Foods Wheat Protein Isolate 5000
- 1/4 cup Almond Flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 4 oz unsweetened chocolate, melted
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 4 eggs
- 2 tablespoons Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
- 1 1/4 cups Splenda
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
In small mixing bowl, whisk together Carbquik, Wheat Protein Isolate, almond flour, and baking powder. Set aside. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together butter and chocolate until smooth. Then whisk in the vanilla and sweeteners until smooth. Whisk in eggs 1 at a time until each egg is mix in completely. Add the flour mixture to the chocolate / egg mixture until well combined. Mix in pecans. Spoon into a greased or foil-lined 9" x 9" glass baking dish. Bake at 275 degrees for 35 - 40 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
Total pan of brownies is 31 carbs. 3.5 carbs for 9 servings.
